In case anyone didn’t know, Lady Gaga is engaged , she confirmed the happy news at the Venice International Film Festival in the form of her giant diamond engagement ring. The singer and actor showed off her gigantic rock for the cameras on September 3, giving us all our first look at the rock since she inadvertently revealed her engagement to Michael Polansky at the Paris Olympics earlier this summer.

Gaga paired the stunning new ring with a sculptural black minidress, which was adorned with jumbo white polka dots and an oversized bow detail at the front, along with pleated bell sleeves. She styled the girlish ‘fit with an equally girlish, but unusually simple, half-up hairstyle, black tights, and black pointed-toe pumps.
