Two talented young quarterbacks picked off opposing defenses in a thrilling first half at NRG Stadium, as the teams headed into the locker room with the Texans leading the visitors 16-10.

CJ Stroud went 8-10 in the half, including a fizzed touchdown pass over the middle to Nico Collins. Caleb Williams ran away from the pressure to go 12-15 for 91 yards, with DeAndre Carter and DJ Moore each hauling in three receptions.

Danielle Hunter and Will Anderson Jr. split a sack in the first half, pulling down Williams for a loss of 10 yards. Derek. Barnett also got his hands on Williams for a sack that pushed the Bears back eight yards.

Once again it was K Ka’imi Fairbairn of the Texans who excelled, scoring all three attempts, including one from 59 yards.
