Diddy’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo, arrived at the federal court in Manhattan and spoke briefly to a large group of media.

“He came to New York to basically approach the legal system and start the case, and it will start today and he will plead not guilty,” Agnifilo said. “He will fight this with all of his energy and all of his power and the full confidence of his lawyers.”
