(CNN Spanish) – The President of Brazil, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, the Prime Minister of Estonia, during the General Assembly of the ONU, started working on a multilateral climate crisis, which has caused the consequences of provocations through natural disasters such as floods and riots in this way.
