    Former Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett said in an interview with Sky News on Thursday that Israel must do everything in its power to dismantle the Iranian regime and prevent it from acquiring nuclear weapons.

    In the interview, Bennett emphasized that while he draws a distinction between the Iranian people and their regime, “everything must be on the table” regarding the actions Israel might take.

    Bennett acknowledged that Israel may not have the strength to take down the entire regime, but asserted that Israel could certainly strike and cause significant damage.

    He pointed out that never before has a country been attacked by so many rockets as Israel recently.

    “The Islamic Republic of Iran is not a regular regime; it is a regime of terror,” he said. “We can’t take anything off the table, even if we target their leader.”

    When asked what he would recommend at the recent Cabinet meeting, Bennett recommended attacking Iran’s nuclear facilities and sending more missiles, saying Iran is at the most advanced stage in history in nuclear development.

    “They have enough uranium for ten atomic bombs. Israel should not be afraid to strike back,” he urged.

    Responding to suggestions that Israel should respond proportionately to Iranian attacks, echoing what Israel has faced, Bennett rejected the idea. He stated that if Israel were to respond “proportionately,” it would mean heinous actions that Israel would not commit.

    Instead, he emphasized the need to focus on eliminating Iran’s nuclear program and attacking its regime.

    Response to the war in Gaza and Hezbollah

    In his response to the reported death toll in Gaza and international criticism of Israel’s handling of the conflict, Bennett firmly placed responsibility for the civilian deaths at Hamas’s door.

    “They don’t care about their own people and have repeatedly used civilians as human shields,” he explained.

    “Hamas is the killer, not Israel. Israel is waging a war on behalf of the world against the most fanatical jihadist ideology on earth. We are fighting Iran on behalf of the world. If Iran obtains a nuclear weapon, Europe will be threatened. The world should praise Israel, not criticize it.”

    Regarding Israel’s attacks on Hezbollah leaders and the resulting deaths and displacement in Lebanon, Bennett recalled that Israel was attacked on October 7, with Hamas terrorists killing more than 1,200 innocent people and kidnapping 250 others, including women and children .

    He noted that Hezbollah has openly supported Hamas’ actions. “The world should ask why they are doing this and not criticize Israel. If we let them get away with it, they will do the same in Britain, New York and Paris. Israel is fighting your war,” he said. declared.

    When asked how he thinks Israel should respond to the Iranian missile attacks, Bennett reiterated that Israel should attack Iran’s nuclear program and the regime’s centers. “The ultimate strategy, which I think the world should pursue, is to ensure that Iran never obtains a nuclear weapon,” he said.

    He emphasized that the world must focus on two efforts: accelerating the overthrow of the Iranian regime while slowing the development of nuclear weapons.
