C’s second unit shines in preseason victory: NBC Sports Boston

The Boston Celtics remain undefeated in the preseason after an entertaining 115-111 win over the Toronto Raptors on Sunday night.

The C’s rested their starters, giving the “Stay Ready Crew” a chance to shine at TD Garden. That’s exactly what happened with five Celtics players scoring in double figures: Drew Peterson (23 points), Lonnie Walker IV (20 points), Payton Pritchard (19 points), Jordan Walsh (16 points) and Neemias Queta (12 points) .

Pritchard was 5 of 11 from 3-point range while dishing out nine assists. Queta led all players with 15 rebounds, including six offensive boards.

Boston will look to finish its preseason at a perfect 5-0 when it visits Toronto for a rematch on Tuesday night. Tip-off for that game is set for 7:00 PM ET.
