ALBUQUERQUE, NM – There will be some big changes Wednesday afternoon as we experience more fall-like but still nice weather.

The next storm system is currently on the West Coast, but will move into New Mexico by Friday evening. That will bring stronger winds, mountain snow, possible strong to severe storms in the east and, most importantly, cooler weather on Friday and Saturday.

For now, we’re looking at breezy and cooler conditions on Wednesday with showers across the western, central and northwestern parts of the state.
