Well, it’s a day that ends in “Y,” so it’s another day without San Francisco Giants baseball.

But there’s plenty more MLB postseason action to watch.

Thanks to an epic 10th-inning victory on Thursday, the Cleveland Guardians remain in the thick of the American League playoffs as they now trail 2-1 against the New York Yankees in the ALCS. They’ll look to tie that series tonight at 5:08 PM PT on TBS, truTV and Max, behind starter Gavin Williams. He will face the Yankees Luis Gil.

Things are less beautiful in the National League, where the New York Mets unfortunately prove to be quite reckless against the Los Angeles Dodgers. LA won again on Thursday, 10-2, and they are now on the cusp of a World Series appearance as they are up 3-1 in the best-of-seven series. They’ll look to close things out tonight with Jack Flaherty on the mound while David Peterson takes the win for the Mets.

Beat LA, Mets. Just do it. I don’t ask for much in this world.
