Washington Commanders (4-2) rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels left the first of the quarter of Sunday’s Week 7 home game against the Carolina Panthers (1-5).

Daniels had some noticeable discomfort in his rib area and had to be examined in the blue medical tent. He came out frustrated and banged his helmet on the sideline as he walked back into the locker room. Daniels will undergo X-rays and is doubtful to return.
