Ravens vs. Bucs idle report: NFL Week 7 2024

A hamstring ailment that landed defensive lineman Vita Vea on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ injured list late in the week won’t keep him from playing Monday night against the Baltimore Ravens. Additionally, the foot injury that kept keeping Rachaad White out of last weekend’s game in New Orleans will only cost him one appearance; he is active again in week seven.

Vea and White were two of four players listed as questionable on the Buccaneers’ final injury report, and all four have been cleared to play. That list also included wide receiver Trey Palmer, who has cleared the NFL’s concussion protocol and will return to action after missing two games, and defensive lineman Earnest Brown, who was activated from injured reserve on Saturday after recovering from a rib injury .

The Buccaneers and Ravens submitted their inactive lists Monday at 6:45 p.m. ET, 90 minutes before the scheduled kickoff of their game at Raymond James Stadium. The Buccaneers currently have 52 players on their active roster after a series of roster moves earlier in the afternoon, but now have 53 available for Monday’s game after punter Trenton Gill was removed from the practice squad. That meant the Bucs had to name five inactives to reach the 48-game limit.

The Ravens will be without rookie running back Rasheen Ali, who made his NFL debut in week six after being activated from injured reserve but subsequently suffered an ankle injury. Two backup defenders, linebacker Malik Harrison and defensive tackle Broderick Washington, are also out with groin and knee problems, respectively.
