The Lions could soon be without one of their most powerful offensive weapons for a few weeks.

ESPN’s Eric Woodyard reports receiver is Jameson Williams faces a two-match suspension for violating the NFL’s PED policy.

It is unclear whether the suspension is permanent. If so, the NFL will announce it.

Williams was suspended six games last year under the NFL’s gambling policy.

The Lions host the Titans this week before taking on the Packers at Lambeau Field.
