The highly anticipated new season of Bravo’s Married to Medicine is on its way and the trailer teases the return of an OG, the appearance of an ex-husband and an ex-husband fighting with a friend.

In it, we see the group enjoying excursions, lavish parties and spirits before getting individual updates on all the ladies; Dr. Jacqueline Walters, Dr. Simone Whitmore, Dr. Heavenly KimesLateasha ‘Sweet Tea’ Lunceford.   Quad Webb, Phaedra Parks, Esq. And Toya Bush Harris.

They are also accompanied by Dr. Mimi Sandersan experienced psychiatrist specializing in women’s mental health.

In an introductory portion of the trailer, Dr. Contessa returns and “pulls out” for a photo shoot before telling Phaedra about her rocky relationship with Heavenly.

There have been “times when I wanted to strangle the s— out of Heavenly,” the doctor admits.

We also see Phaedra’s ex-husband Apollo Nida tell her that Toya Bush-Harris asked him about his marital affairs.

Speaking of Apollo, he’ll make another appearance with his wife Sherien Almufti during the group’s vacation, which apparently rubs Phaedra the wrong way. As previously reported
The neighborhood conversation claimed that Phaedra abruptly left the show following conflicts involving her, Apollo and Sherien during the series’ annual cast trip.

A source claimed that a #M2M cast member deliberately invited Apollo and his wife to “confront” Parks during the trip, causing Phaedra to immediately resign from the show; and subsequent return to #RHOA.

After being seen being carried on the back by a possible boo, Phaedra is seen packing a bag.

The group later goes to a party for Quad, planned by her boyfriend.

The big reveal shocks Contessa and Dr. Simone…

However, that bliss later turns to panic when Quad’s boo has a confrontation with her ex-husband, Dr.

“I’m talking to you, asshole!” answers Quad’s man.

Quad then saw her holding her husband back while Dr. G’as pushed away.

Those aren’t the only potential fisticuffs that could happen, but things take a turn when Heavenly tells Contessa that she thinks her husband is abusing Scott.

“Straight up, hoe!” says a pissed off Contessa as Phaedra Parks tries to restrain her.

Meet the ladies of Married to medicine Season 11

From Doctor Contessa officially back in the group and ready to start again with the ladies; that is, until Heavenly apparently complicates things.

Dr. Contessa and Dr. Scott Metcalfe are back and better than ever. Dr. Contessa is ready for a clean slate with the ladies. While she builds her friendships within the group, she remains wary when it comes to Dr. Heavenly and her zingers goes. With a major fight taking center stage, will she be able to put the past behind her and start over?

Mrs. Quad still got it, still got it, and this time there’s a man with it.

Miss Quad is full of surprises as she hands out birthday party invitations and olive branches to the ladies after a rollercoaster friendship journey. Quad is finally ready to reveal her ‘King’ to the women and possible plans for motherhood. With so much on her plate, Quad hopes to squeeze in some excellent apologies as she renews her bond with the group.

Self-proclaimed Married to medicine “revival” Phaedra Parks is back this season and she will be seen co-parenting with Apollo Nida.

Phaedra Parks, Esq., is busier than ever watching her sons Ayden and Dylan grow up before her eyes while co-parenting with Apollo. Phaedra also tries to calm the chaos among the ladies, but when she organizes a glamping girls trip, the good vibes go out the window and her attempts to convince Dr. Helping Jackie plan the Med Gala takes a dramatic turn. With tensions soaring, will she be able to bridge the gap?

Lateasha ‘Sweet Tea’ Lunceford enjoys married life and apparently has a bond with Contessa. The two share a common enemy; Heavenly.

Lateasha and Dr. G are in marital bliss as they work to expand their family. Tea starts a new dating company for age gap relationships and leads to a blossoming friendship with Dr. Contessa. However, there is a social unrest on the horizon, caused by Dr. Heavenly and with no apology in sight, will Sweet Tea be able to keep her cool?

Dr. Heavenly Kimes seeks redemption after angering several ladies in the group; Sweet Tea and Contessa may not be willing to forgive.

Dr. Heavenly admits her mistakes and asks her friends for forgiveness. As she works to be her best self, her son Zachary is following in the footsteps of dentistry as a new intern and best daughter Alaura comes home from college. Dr. Damon tries to keep the peace over troubled waters with Dr. G and Lateasha (Sweet Tea). Dr.’s social media disruption Heavenly with Lateasha and the broken friendship with Dr. However, Contessa doesn’t make things easy when she takes matters into her own hands.

Dr. Jackie Walters remains the peacemaker this season, but her patience is tested when she wonders where some people’s loyalties lie.

Dr. Jackie takes care of her celebrity clients and advocates for women’s health all the way to the White House. Now that her friendships are good, she tries to broker peace between Dr. Heavenly and Dr. Contessa to keep when a big riff causes chaos. Her annual Med Gala is left with a number of broken promises, testing her loyalty and patience.

Dr. Simone Whitmore heals old wounds and tries to see if she can mend things with Quad. She will also be seen planning a trip that goes to the left.

The friendships of Dr. Simone are largely back on track. However, her bond with Quad is a lingering question mark. Although there is work needed in the sisterhood department, Dr. Simone is ready to move forward. Miles and Michael live in the apartment and Dr. Simone and Cecil check in to make sure their investment is in top shape. With so much happening, Simone and Cecil try to bring the group together for a relaxing trip to Key West, Florida, which turns into an epic disaster in more ways than one. Will they manage to bring the ladies together without rocking the boat?

Toya Bush Harris is the group’s accountability coach this season and is actively working to bring everyone together.

Toya and Dr. Eugene will soon become parents of teenagers and between conversations about puberty and Dr. Eugene building his own wellness practice gives Toya her extra input in all areas that may or may not be warranted. When it comes to the ladies, Toya takes the lead in organizing a Beyoncé-inspired photo shoot during their ranch trip to a “Bridgerton” themed event. She makes sure the women have fun while discussing their problems, including her own. Do some feel like she’s overstepping her bounds?

Newcomer Dr. Mimi starts to get used to the group, and she’s apparently a straight shooter, much to some dismay.

Girlfriend Dr. Mimi is a psychiatrist who works with her husband and professional football player Steve Sanders to grow her mental health practice nationwide. Will her direct mannerisms rub the ladies the wrong way while Dr. Mimi crosses her busy practice and this new group of friends?
