Flyers goalie shares powerful message after big win

The Philadelphia Flyers recorded a big 2-0 victory against the Boston Bruins on Tuesday evening (October 29). Goaltender Samuel Ersson played a key role in the victory, as he saved all 25 Bruins shots he faced for his first shutout of the season.

Although Ersson was the top star of the game for the Flyers, he made sure to give his Flyers teammates a shoutout after the game. He sent a strong message to the club.

This is what Ersson said to his teammates: “We played so well. The third period we completely shut them down. When we play like that, we are a very good team. So let’s build on that.”

It’s hard to disagree with Ersson’s statement about the Flyers’ play. They limited the Bruins to just three shots in the third period due to their excellent defensive play in front of Ersson.

Now it will be fascinating to see how the Flyers build on this impressive win over the Bruins. This match should be a real confidence booster for Ersson and the rest of the club.
