At approximately 3 a.m., officers responded to the 7000 block of Mae Anne Avenue, near Somersett Parkway/Sharlands Avenue, on a report of shots fired.

Police found a man with an apparent gunshot wound, Reno police said in a release Monday afternoon. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

RPD has not identified a suspect. Police believe it was an isolated incident.
