How Warriors vs. Thunder to stream

The Golden State Warriors wrap up their five-game road trip with Sunday night’s game against the Oklahoma City Thunder. The game will be played in Oklahoma City at 4:00 PM PT and can be watched on NBC Sports Bay Area.

Previously with the Warriors:

The Warriors’ five-game winning streak came to an end after losing 136-117 to the Cleveland Cavaliers on Friday night. After a strong performance against the Boston Celtics earlier this week, fans expected another good game in Cleveland. However, the Cavaliers dominated early, using their size, athleticism and shooting ability to build a staggering 41-point lead by halftime.

In the second half, the Warriors showed some resilience, outscoring the Cavaliers 75-53, but it was too little too late. Jonathan Kuminga was the team’s leading scorer that night with 21 points in 29 minutes, as Golden State opted to sit their starters in the fourth quarter. Cleveland moved to an undefeated 10-0 after the game, while the Warriors look to shake off the loss and channel their second-half momentum into their next matchup against the Thunder on Sunday.

What to pay attention to tonight:

Tonight, Golden State faces another challenging domestic threat in Thunder center Chet Holmgren. He ranks second in the league with 2.9 blocks per game and anchors a Thunder defense that ranks first in the NBA with a 97.3 defensive rating.

One area the Warriors will need to clean up for tonight’s game is turnovers. They committed 13 turnovers in the first half against Cleveland and 17 total on the night. Oklahoma City leads the NBA with 12.9 steals per game and will certainly benefit from Golden State’s carelessness with the ball.

To come out on top in Oklahoma City, the Warriors will have to minimize turnovers, match the Thunder’s energy and hope that Steph Curry and the rest of the team’s shooters can get back into a rhythm.

Enjoy the Dub Nation game. GO WARRIORS!!!
