The OKC Thunder will host the Los Angeles Clippers on Monday at 7 p.m.

OKC (8-2) suffered a 127-116 home loss to Golden State on Sunday and Chet Holmgren suffered a right iliac wing fracture. A return-to-play protocol will be provided within 8-10 weeks per release.

Los Angeles (6-4) earned a 105-103 home win over Toronto on Saturday. The Clippers are riding a four-game win streak and are led by former Thunder guard James Harden.

Here’s a preview of the match, including score predictions, betting odds and injury updates.

Thunder vs. Clippers prediction, picks

Justin Martinez: Los Angeles 113, OKC 110

At full strength, OKC is the better team by a wide margin. But the Thunder were already short on centers prior to Holmgren’s injury, and will be even smaller without the 7-1 big man. That will be a big problem on Monday as we try to contain Ivica Zubac, a rebounding machine who is currently playing the best basketball of his career. With so much uncertainty surrounding OKC’s fifth spot, I’m giving Los Angeles a slight edge.
