On Monday, Fox posted an Instagram carousel of a pregnancy photo (with her body soaked in black liquid) and a positive pregnancy test.

“Nothing is ever truly lost. Welcome back 👼🏼❤️,” the actress captioned the post, referencing the couple’s miscarriage.

Fox, who shares three children, Noah, 11, Bodhi, 10, and Journey, 7, with her ex-husband, actor Brian Austin Green, suffered a miscarriage while expecting a child with MGK, which they revealed in 2023. has a 15-year-old daughter, Casie Colson Baker, who addressed miscarriage in his 2023 songs “Don’t Let Me Go” and “Last November.” Fox also discussed the miscarriage in her poetry book, Pretty boys are toxicwhere she remembered seeing the ultrasound scan of a girl at 10 weeks.
