iHeartMedia’s Jeff Littlejohn retires; Steve George promoted

Longtime director of iHeartMedia Jeff Littlejohnwho most recently served as Executive Vice President of Engineering, is retiring from the company. Steve George will step into the role with immediate effect. The company says Littlejohn will continue in an active advisory role. He is retiring after 32 yearsI am iHeartMedia, first started in 1992 as chief engineer for the Cincinnati cluster. He was part of the team that created the first version of the iHeartRadio app and worked with Toyota and Ford on the initial integration of iHeartRadio. More recently, Littlejohn helped modernize iHeart’s studio facilities and convert to cloud-based audio systems. Chairman of the iHeartMedia Markets Group Hartley Adkins says, “There are few people in the industry with the expertise and longevity that Jeff has and we are grateful for the incredible work he has done for iHeart. We have been fortunate to rely on him for more than thirty years and I am so grateful that we can continue to benefit from Jeff in his new advisory role.”
