Who’s fighting tonight? Title Fights at Tyson Paul Netflix Event

play

The fight between Jake Paul and ‘Iron’ Mike Tyson is the main event of Friday night’s fight card on Netflix, and while fans may have questioned the legitimacy of Paul vs. Tyson, there is no doubting the merits of the undercard, which three titles contains fights.

Here’s what to watch for ahead of Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson.

Who else is fighting on the Jake Paul – Mike Tyson card?

According to ESPN, the Paul-Tyson undercard includes three title fights: Katie Taylor vs. Amanda Serrano for Taylor’s undisputed women’s junior welterweight championship (rematch, co-main event); Mario Barrios vs. Abel Ramos for Barrios’ WBC welterweight title; and Shadasia Green vs. Melinda Watpool for the vacant WBO women’s super middleweight title.

A native of New Jersey, Green played basketball at Old Dominion in Virginia from 2007 to 2011 before giving up the sport for boxing. She turned pro in 2019 and won her first 13 fights before suffering her first defeat almost a year ago. Groen recovered with a victory in July.

In a non-title fight, but one that is just as crucial to the global boxing rankings, Neeraj Goyat will face Whindersson Nunes in an ensuing super-middleweight bout.

Is the Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson fight pay-per-view?

The fight between Jake Paul and Mike Tyson will be broadcast exclusively on Netflix.

Netflix will broadcast the fight between Jake Paul and Mike Tyson live on its streaming platform on Friday. It is not a pay-per-view event, but only Netflix subscribers can watch.

Netflix has three subscription levels:
