“When I first saw these hand-pulled noodles in China, I thought this was a work of art, so I decided to bring it to the Las Vegas community,” said Sam Huang, owner of Shang Artisan Noodle. “We are committed to serving fresh, hand-pulled noodles, along with many locals’ favorite dishes.”

Some of their popular dishes include their Shang Beef Noodle and Dan-Dan Noodle Stir Fry, and you can’t forget their house-made spicy soy sauce to complement the savory dishes.

“This is a great opportunity for us. We have been in Las Vegas since 2016 and have become one of Las Vegas’ favorite noodle restaurants,” said Huang. “(It’s a pleasure) to be part of the Family Style Food Fest to showcase our hand-pulled noodles while showing the community and all tourists this Asian noodle culture.”

The festival also features retailers, artists, exhibitions and performances.

The Family Style Food Festival takes place at ComplexCon at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Las Vegas-based food influencer and critic Keith Lee will curate a special “Keith Lee Picks” section of the festival, featuring some of his favorite Las Vegas eateries.
