YouTuber Jake Paul, 27, scored a unanimous victory over former world heavyweight champion Mike Tyson, 58, in a professional boxing match at AT&T Stadium, Arlington, Texas.

The judges scored the fight 80-72, 79-73 and 79-73 in favor of Paul. However, the match failed to captivate the 70,000 attendees, many of whom booed the fighters and left the stadium early. While the fight itself was disappointing, another highlight caught the fans’ attention.

Sydney Thomas, a 20-year-old University of Alabama student and Ring Girl, emerged as the real star of the evening. Sydney represented the Most Valuable Promotions alongside four other models, wowing viewers and quickly being declared the “real winner” on social media. This was only her second time in the role, following her debut in Puerto Rico last month. Sydney shared her excitement online, writing: “I added ‘ring girl’ to the resume. I loved getting in the ring.”

As the youngest of the group, Sydney is quickly gaining recognition in both modeling and social media. Her presence stood out among her peers, including seasoned professionals like Virginia Sanhouse, Lexi Williams, Raphaela Milagres and Delia Sylvain, who also added to the glamor of the event.

Meanwhile, Paul and Tyson are facing mandatory suspensions imposed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. According to professional boxing rules, fighters must rest for three days before each round fought, resulting in a recovery period of 24 days. Neither suffered any injuries during the match.
