The Bulakenya beauty queen gave a dazzling performance in both the preliminary rounds and the national costume competition.

She was a vision in her blue Manny Halasan evening gown and a total knockout in her bright blue bikini.

Meanwhile, during the national costume competition, Chelsea paid tribute to Philippine religions with her ensemble called “Hiraya.”

Chelsea is vying for the Philippines’ fifth Miss Universe crown with a plea for children of OFWs.

The 73rd Miss Universe pageant will be held at the Arena CDMX in Mexico City. The winner will be crowned with Jewelmer’s “The Light of Infinity” crown by Reigning Queen Sheynnis Palacios.
