With Monday’s victory, the United States has now secured a ticket for the semi-finals of the Nations League, which will take place in March. The USMNT also advanced to the Gold Cup in June.

As the march towards the 2026 World Cup continues, new coach Mauricio Pochettino is building momentum. After a handful of friendly matches earlier this fall, he finally got the chance to coach a competitive match for the first time against Jamaica last week. He now has some solid performances to look back on and will look to continue winning in the future.
