Some Microsoft users reported problems with Outlook and other Microsoft 365 programs on Monday morning, according to the website Downdetector.

According to the site, user reports of Microsoft Outlook problems started around 8 a.m.

Microsoft’s 365 account posted on social media: “We are investigating an issue impacting users attempting to access Exchange Online or functionality within the Microsoft Teams calendar.”

Which Microsoft services are affected?

Microsoft Outlook and Teams are the two services affected by Monday’s Microsoft issues.

Just after 9 a.m., Microsoft said it had begun implementing a fix, but did not provide an estimated full recovery time.

“We have begun implementing a fix that is currently being rolled out across the affected environment. As this progresses, we will begin manually restarting a subset of machines that are in an unhealthy state,” the company wrote on X.
