    Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow gave his team an unexpected, early highlight, scrambling 47 yards for a rushing touchdown on 3rd-and-18 during the first quarter of the NFL Week 6 game between the Cincinnati Bengals and the New York Giants on Sunday Night Football at MetLife Stadium.

    It was the longest TD ever by a Bengals quarterback.

    Burrow entered Sunday night with 39 rushing yards this season. It was Burrow’s 11th career victory, and first since 2022.

    NBC’s Mike Tirico and Cris Collinsworth expressed how impressed they were with Burrow’s career-best performance. His previous longest rush was 23 yards.

    ‘Everyone to the left! Dig to the right!’ This is reported by play-by-play broadcaster Tirico.

    “Who would have thought it was Joe Burrow’s legs exploding right here on stage!” said color analyst and former Bengals receiver Collinsworth.
