Breaking Benjamin have joined BMGafter a period of two decades Hollywood Records. The multi-platinum hard rockers have just released their first new single via this label arrangement in the form of the song below “Awaken“. It is also their first single since linking up with Star set in 2022.

Guitarist Jasen Rauch noted:

“Working on this song was something new and exciting for all of us, I think. We’ve been able to explore more of who we traditionally are, while at the same time pushing boundaries and trying things we haven’t done in the past. Musically we did our best to stay true to what Breaking Benjamin is, but also offers a new perspective.”

Speaking about committing to a new label, the group collectively stated:

“Working on these new songs was a new experience for all of us. We have remained true to the core of who Breaking Benjamin is, but we’ve also challenged ourselves creatively and discovered new sounds and ideas that we haven’t tapped into before. It was about finding a balance between honoring our roots and introducing a fresh perspective on what our music can be.”

The Wilkes-Barre, PA-based group is currently wrapping up their fall co-headlining tour Fleckwho has found Daughtry And Lake view in the opening slots:
