Chad Michael Murray gives Us what we want.

Murray, 43, posed shirtless for a calendar photoshoot and shared the steamy shots a week before the release of his Netflix holiday film The cheerful gentlemenin which he plays a dancer in a men’s revue.

“It was this or another ugliest dog of the year calendar,” Murray joked via his Instagram Story on Wednesday, November 13. “Link coming soon :).”

Earlier that day, Netflix revealed the photos via Instagram with a special video message from Murray himself.

“So listen, me be able to have the perfect white elephant gift for your Christmas party,” said the actor, wearing a dark pinstripe suit with a white shirt underneath. “View my 2025 calendar.”

Throughout the month of January, Murray shows off his tanned and toned physique in a loose bow tie and tuxedo pants, and during the February shoot he holds a heart-shaped pillow in front of his crotch while holding a Cupid’s arrow.

In March, he holds a basketball and a green bow tie, a nod to St. Patrick’s Day; in April he has rabbit ears; in May he has a bouquet of roses for your mother; in June he tips his graduation hat; in July he wears the American flag like a robe; and in August he gets a cake for his birthday on the 24th.

In September, he wears his sports face, holding a football on the field; in October he holds a pumpkin while wearing overalls (one strap has slipped); and during the holidays he is shown basting a Thanksgiving turkey and peeking out from behind a Christmas tree.

Both Murray and Netflix are building enthusiasm The cheerful gentlemenwhich will be released on Wednesday, November 20. It also features a starring role Britt Robertson, Marla Sokoloff, Bet Broderick, Michael Gross And Maxwell Caulfield. The film follows Ashley (Robertson), a professional dancer who, hoping to save her parents’ small-town gig, decides to stage an all-male Christmas-themed revue. Murray, who plays Luke – a name that is all too familiar One Tree Hill fans – is a repairman who agrees to participate in the show.

Murray hasn’t been shy about that showing off his chiseled abs over the years. In an October 2020 interview with British GQhe explained his fundamental relationship with food.

“I’m not a foodie, so that helps,” he said. “I eat out of necessity, not out of desire. I take my own food to work – I have done that for the last 10 to 15 years,” he said. “I live with the same thing every day: nuts, coffee, friendly bars. I take tuna to work every day for lunch with some Wheat Thins – American Wheat Thins.”
