The Kansas City Chiefs are finalizing a trade for Tennessee Titans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins, ESPN reported.

Hopkins will help bolster a receiving corps that has lost Rashee Rice, Marquise Brown and JuJu Schuster to injuries.

The Chiefs are expected to send a fifth-round pick that could become a fourth-round pick for Hopkins to the Titans.

Hopkins has 15 catches for 173 yards this season for a Titans team that has won just one game and struggled at quarterback. Hopkins suffered a knee injury during training camp that did not require surgery. Last season at Tennessee he had 75 catches for 1,057 yards.

Hopkins is the third high-profile receiver to be traded in the last eight days. Last week, the Las Vegas Raiders sent Davante Adams to the New York Jets and the Cleveland Browns traded Amari Cooper to the Buffalo Bills. The Los Angeles Rams have also had trade talks with former Super Bowl MVP Cooper Kupp’s teams.

The two-time defending Super Bowl champion Chiefs have the best record in the NFL at 6-0, but were looking for a receiver to help quarterback Patrick Mahomes. Brown is not expected to play in the regular season after undergoing shoulder surgery last month due to an injury suffered in the preseason. Rice is also not expected to play the rest of the season after undergoing surgery two weeks ago to repair the posterolateral corner of his right knee. He was injured during a win over the Los Angeles Chargers.

Schuster missed Sunday’s win over the San Francisco 49ers due to a hamstring injury.
