The Dallas Cowboys nearly came back in the fourth quarter against the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday, but the first three quarters of the game ultimately proved to be their undoing.

Dak Prescott had a message for fans as he and the rest of the team walked back to the locker room at AT&T Stadium following the 28-25 loss.

“Jump off if you want,” Prescott was heard saying, via CBS Texas. “Please, please, please.”

Prescott was 28-of-51 with 379 passing yards and threw two touchdown passes. He also ran for another. He helped Dallas score 19 points in the fourth quarter after scoring just six in the previous three frames.

Dallas is 1-2 this year, losing its first two home games since the 2020 season.

“Don’t let guys get hung up on you,” Prescott said. “They might feel bad tonight, but when the morning comes, it’s over. If you dwell on that, you’re not going to prepare right away. You’re still going to look back on things you could have done, should have done.”

The Cowboys gave up too many points early in the game and were disappointed with their early performance.

“You definitely want to root for that team,” Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy said. “That’s a team that plays to their strengths and their profile. We weren’t clean enough to win today.”
