‘Dancing With the Stars’ Season 33, Week 4 Elimination

It was an emotional ‘Dancing With the Stars’ during ‘Dedication Night’.

The remaining nine couples honored influential and special people in their lives with heartfelt performances on the October 15 episode. Former “DWTS” pro Mark Ballas joined as a special guest judge, along with Derek Hough, Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli.

Derek Hough and his wife, Hayley Erbert Hough, brought the judges, presenters and audience to tears with their moving performance to “Beautiful Things (Acoustic)” by Benson Boone. The dance celebrated her return to the ballroom after her brain surgery.

In a special video, Derek Hough recalled their terrifying experience and that his wife “learned to walk again, built her strength back up, was left without a skull for a few weeks and walked around with a helmet.”

“It was difficult. I was struggling, but every time I walked into that room, Haley had a smile on her face,” he said. “I was so impressed by her strength. She is my beautiful miracle.”
