After Demi Lovato’s younger sister Madison De La Garza announced she was expecting her first child, the “Heart Attack” singer showed her support by leaving a sweet message.

On Thursday, September 5, De La Garza, 22, shared on Instagram that she’s pregnant and expecting a baby with her boyfriend Ryan Mitchell, holding her baby bump in a photo. In the comments, De La Garza’s musician sister, 32, wrote, “I love you and this baby so much already!!”

Lovato later re-shared De La Garza’s announcement on her Instagram Stories, writing, “Congratulations sweetheart. I love you so much!!!”

In her caption, De La Garza shared that she is due in October. “Oh Ryan I love you so much. Thank you for making all my dreams come true. ♥️ baby Mitchell 10.24,” she wrote.

Elsewhere in the comments, De La Garza received support from mom Dianna De La Garza, 62, who wrote, “Woohoooo. I’m going to be a REAL GRANDMA D NOW!!!! Love yauu!! ❤️❤️❤️.”

De La Garza’s cousin, Cruel Summer star Braeden De La Garza also shared his reaction, saying, “My uncle’s training is finally going to pay off,” he wrote.

As Lovato prepares to become an aunt, they also prepare to tie the knot.

The “Confident” singer is engaged to fellow musician Jordan “Jutes” Lutes. He proposed in December 2023 with a custom pear-shaped diamond solitaire engagement ring made by NYC jewelry store Material Good, and again in a playful cooking video Lovato uploaded in late August.

That same month, Jutes penned a heartfelt tribute to Lovato for her 32nd birthday, calling her “my whole world.”

“You deserve nothing but happiness and love because that’s what you give to everyone you meet,” he wrote, before expressing his excitement for their future nuptials. “Ps can’t wait to marry your beautiful ass.”
