DENVER (KKTV) – Denver Broncos wide receiver Josh Reynolds was shot in Denver last Friday, CBS Colorado said.

According to CBS Colorado, Reynolds suffered minor injuries and is recovering. He was already on the injured reserve list with a broken finger.

“Josh Reynolds was the victim of a shooting in Denver on Friday and was treated for minor injuries. Out of respect for the legal process, we will leave further comment on this matter to the authorities,” the team said in a statement on Thursday.

Reynolds is a wide receiver for the NFL. He signed with the Denver Broncos in March.
