📍 PORTLAND, Ore. — One of the few rebounds Donovan Clingan didn’t get in the Trail Blazers’ preseason finale on Friday came in the first three minutes.

Collin Sexton missed a pull-up jumper and Walker Kessler beat Clingan for the rebound, leading to a second-chance three from Keyonte George. Chauncey Billups wasn’t bothered and let the rookie know the next timeout.

“He said to me, ‘DC, can’t you get that rebound?’” Clingan said after the game. “So I made sure I grabbed everyone else.”
