Evander Holyfield was KOd at the age of 58 and summarized Mike Tyson’s chances against Jake Paul in 4 words

Evander Holyfield has a unique perspective on Mike Tyson’s upcoming fight against Jake Paul.

Tyson returns to the ring at the age of 58, almost two decades after his last professional fight when he retired on his stool against Kevin McBride.

Holyfield, who defeated Tyson twice when they fought for the WBA heavyweight title in 1996 and 1997, also made a comeback at the age of 58.

‘The Real Deal’ faced former UFC champion Vitor Belfort three years ago in a fight called ‘No Holds Barred’. Holyfield was held to his feet by the MMA fighter after just 1:49 of the opening round, with the former heavyweight champion showing little to no resistance and poor balance. The event received much criticism.

Despite that result, and the fact that Tyson is taking on an even younger man who has had 11 professional boxing fights, Holyfield told Clocked n Loaded that he still expects his former opponent to raise his hand.

“He (Mike Tyson) should win.”

Holyfield said he would go to war and that anything can happen in big money fights.

“My whole thing is that it’s an exhibition, so I don’t know what’s going to happen.

I just know Mike Tyson has to beat him. He should.

But in a situation like this, a lot of money is involved, so you don’t know what will happen. I’ll be there. I’m going to look into it.”

Paul vs Tyson takes place on November 15 at AT& Stadium in Texas and will be streamed live on Netflix as part of a standard subscription.
