Flood danger is increasing as storms bring heavy rain and strong winds to Oklahoma

What’s the weather like the rest of the week in Oklahoma?

Heavy rains with gusty winds and lightning threats are possible as a storm system moves into the Oklahoma City metro on Saturday.

Here is the link to the News 9 Interactive Radar.

Before the clothesline in OKC, temperatures will be in the low 70s. In the west, temperatures will drop to around 58 degrees.

Over the past twelve hours, the areas surrounding Clinton, Oklahoma, have received more than two inches of rain.

The biggest threat to the metro with these storms would be flooding rain and lightning.
