The last time the Timberwolves and Dallas Mavericks met… it wasn’t pretty for Minnesotans.

Dallas won the Western Conference finals series between the teams last spring, four games to one, before losing to the Boston Celtics in the NBA Championship Series.

Tonight at Target Center the Mavs and Wolves play, with Minnesota showing a different outlook following the September trade of Karl-Anthony Towns to the New York Knicks for Julius Randle and Donte DiVincenzo.
