Another day, another dollar. It’s Wednesday – the day of Odin, the All-Father – and we have another NYT Strands grid to solve. There are words to discover, folks! We have a task ready, so let’s dive right in!

Strands is the newest game in the New York Times puzzle games. It’s a fun twist on classic word search games. Each day we are given a new theme and then tasked with uncovering all the words on the grid that fit that theme, including a spangram that covers two sides of the board. One of these words is the spangram which moves from one side of the grid to the other and reveals even more about the theme of the day.

This went a lot easier than yesterday, although I looked in the wrong direction for a moment. I thought we were going to get more monkeys, that this would be a big monkey-themed Strands, but it turned out to be every kind of DUAL creature, from HUMAN to meerkat to the infamous PANGOLIN. Once I found a few, the rest filled in pretty quickly.
