Zachery Ty Brian, an actor from the sitcom “Home Improvement,” was booked into the Custer County Jail on Friday on a drunken driving complaint.

OHP confirms they have made the arrest.

According to the jail’s website and booking information, Brian was booked at 10:38 a.m. Friday.

Brian is being held on a DUI complaint, his second offense.

Brian was arrested and charged with driving under the influence in California in February 2024, according to arrest records.

He also pleaded guilty to assault after being arrested in Oregon in July 2023, as well as two felonies in a 2021 domestic violence case.
