What happens if Democrats flip the House?

It’s still possible for Democrats to flip the 435-seat House of Representatives if they emerge victorious in prime races still being counted Monday in districts in California, Arizona and Oregon.

The state Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in a lawsuit over the 19th century abortion law, more than a year after a Dane County judge issued an order saying the 1849 law covered infanticide, not abortions. Wisconsin was not one of the 10 states that included abortion measures on their ballots on Election Day.
