Johannes Krasinski‘s new title as People‘s Sexiest Man Alive is going to cost him.

The 45-year-old joked that while his wife Emily Blunt was “very excited” by the news, she will not reassure him. In fact, quite the opposite.

“I think it will do me more household chores”, The office star said People in his cover story. “When this comes out, she’s like, ‘Okay, that means you’re really going to earn it here at home.’”

However, the Mary Poppins returns star, who shares daughters Hazel10, and Violet8, with Krasinski also pushing for an interior revamp, joking that she planned to wallpaper the house with its sexy new cover.

“Do we have that on camera? Because that looks like a binding contract, I guess,” Krasinski joked. “My kids will love that, it won’t be weird at all.”

The quiet place director and star noted that “there was a lot of joy” in sharing the news with his wife of 14 years.
