How to watch the New Chicago Sports Network on TV

Three of the city’s biggest sports teams – the Blackhawks, Bulls and White Sox – have a new home on television, offering fans a new way to watch them.

On October 1, the Chicago Sports Network officially replaced NBC Sports Chicago. Best of all, the channel is available over the air for free with a basic antenna. Starting this month, it’s very easy (and cheap!) to watch your favorite teams on TV.

Currently, the new network has signed agreements with three pay TV providers: DirecTV, Astound Broadband and FuboTV. It can be found on DirecTV channel 665 and Astound channels 685 and 576.

However, Chicago Sports Network has not yet struck a deal with other popular providers such as Comcast and YouTube TV, but things could change if the new entity also continues to publicly look for additional distribution partners.

Luckily, fans can still catch all the action even if they don’t sign up for DirecTV, Astound Broadband, or FuboTV. The network is available over the air in the Chicagoland area on channels 62.2 and 62.3. So go ahead and buy an antenna for free sports viewing!

How to get tickets to the Blackhawks, Bulls and White Sox games in Chicago

While watching sports on TV is very important when it comes to the livelihood of many Chicagoans, there is nothing more fun than getting out there to see a game live.

While the new Chicago Sports Network launched on October 1, single-game tickets for upcoming Blackhawks, Bulls and White Sox games are also now available through Ticketmaster.
