16 times WWE World Champion John Cena appeared on Kai Cenat‘s livestream on Twitch on October 13, 2024 and the internet can’t keep calm at all. While the entire interaction was extremely beneficial and fans of the wrestler were extremely excited to see him on a platform they never expected to see him before, it is likely that he will be seen on livestreams more often.
However, during the stream, fans noticed that Cena had a bald spot and would likely lose hair soon. Fans started voicing their opinions on the matter.

John Cena’s bald spot has fans upset

John Cena has long been a staple of the wrestling industry and has been an influential figure in the Stamford-based promotion. His tenure with the company has been so long that many fans, who are now adults, started watching his matches in the ring when they were children.
So seeing their favorite superstar grow old was something not many fans were happy about. That said, he is still part of the company and will retire after a final run with the company over the next year.

That said, fans came up with several suggestions on how Cena can help combat his bald spot, especially when he appears on livestream. One fan said: “My GOAT is too rich for this…I gotta give LeBron that *** and get one hair transplant,” while another added, “My GOAT is too rich for this…I need to give LeBron that shit and get a hair transplant.”
Despite these comments, most fans agreed that considering the kind of person he was, this bald spot didn’t bother him at all. That said, the general feeling among everyone was that even John Cena was human and getting old.
One fan said, “He’s getting old,” while another exclaimed, “Our kid goat is getting old.” The reaction that most fans have given online is very endearing and heartwarming at this point and shows how much respect everyone has for this person. With his retirement tour almost here it will be worth seeing what matches he puts up during his latest run.
