    Jakob Poltl posted a double-double for the Raptors on Friday night, grabbing 18 rebounds and scoring 25 points (12-20 FG, 1-4 FT), while also dishing out three assists, recording one steal and blocking three shots in a 99-95 loss to the Pistons.

    Poltl has been steady on both ends of the floor lately, finishing with at least five points and eight rebounds in each of the last five games.
