Jamie Foxx’s eldest daughter, Corinne Foxx, is officially married. His former co-star, Garcelle Beauvais, shared the news of the 30-year-old’s nuptials on Sunday (September 22).

In addition to photos of the Unpredictable crooner walking Corinne down the aisle with tears in her eyes, Beauvais embracing them both during the reception and father-daughter dance, Beauvais wrote the report on Threads: “Last night we got to witness and celebrate the love between Corinne Foxx and Joe Hooten. Your love and respect for each other is palpable.”

Corinne met her current husband in 2018 and first gave a sneak peek into their relationship in September 2019, posting a photo of them on a seemingly romantic getaway in Zion National Park with the caption, “Spent the weekend with some hotties.”

They announced their engagement on Instagram in December 2023. “From the moment I first saw you I knew you were with me forever,” she captioned a series of black-and-white photos of the adorable couple celebrating the next step in their union.

When Foxx was excited about the news, he posted a heartfelt tribute to his daughter and future son-in-law.

“(Corinne and Joe), you are a perfect example of what being in love is… You care about each other’s lives, mentally and physically… and you support each other… congratulations on your engagement,” the 56-year-old Oscar winner wrote.

He thought back to when Hooten proposed to Corinne, recalling, “I had tears of joy in my soul.” To his daughter, Foxx continued, “Corinne, you have… and always have had a special place in my heart. You deserve abundant love, so congratulations again (…) I LOVE YOU BOTH SO MUCH… I have my tissues at the ready #tearsofjoy.”
