Jerry Jones’ family involved in a car crash outside Levi’s Stadium before Cowboys-49ers

The family of Dallas Cowboys owner and general manager Jerry Jones was involved in a car accident on the way to Levi’s Stadium, where the Cowboys took on the San Francisco 49ers on “Sunday Night Football.”

Outside the stadium, the second vehicle in the Jones family caravan was struck by a rising barricade. Jones’ children, Charlotte Jones and Jerry Jones Jr., and grandson, Shy Anderson Jr., were in the struck vehicle. Jerry and Stephen Jones were among those in the other vehicle in the caravan.

Charlotte and Jerry Jr. were both evaluated by the team’s medical staff at the stadium and were able to move into the visiting owner’s suite before the game.

The family believes Charlotte could have suffered a rib injury and Jerry Jr. a head wound.

Charlotte is the Chief Brand Officer and co-owner of the Cowboys and Jerry Jr. is the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer and co-owner of the Cowboys.
