    PEOPLE’s 2024 Sexiest Man Alive has been making us swoon for years, ever since he starred as Jim Halpert on the hit NBC series The office. After his career-defining role, the actor went on to helm films such as 1 p.m And A quiet place (with his wife, Emily Blunt), as well as Amazon’s political thriller show Jack Ryan.

    Although he stated that he was surprised when he was given the title, these photos prove that he has been a candidate since the beginning.
