President-elect Donald Trump has selected South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem as the next secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, CNN reported, citing two sources familiar with the decision.

It comes after Trump announced that two immigration hardliners will serve in his new administration, after promising during his campaign to carry out the largest deportation operation in the country’s history.

He has chosen longtime adviser Stephen Miller as deputy chief policy officer in his new administration and Tom Homan, his former acting director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, as his “border czar.”
