Kristin Cavallari has a message for her ex-husband Jay Cutler in the wake of his recent DUI arrest.

The 37-year-old made a brief statement at the start of her performance on October 22 Let’s be honest podcast, in which she said she recorded the divorce episode before news of the former NFL star’s arrest broke.

“I obviously wish Jay the best and hope he gets the help he needs,” said Kristin, who shares sons Camden12, and Jaxon10, and daughter Saylor8, featuring Jay, said: “But that’s all I’ll say about it.”

Jay was arrested on October 17 in Franklin, Tennessee after a minor traffic accident for a first offense of driving under the influence and possession of a gun while under the influence, according to jail records viewed by E! News.

The 41-year-old, who posted $5,000 bail, also faces charges of failure to exercise due care – or follow proper traffic rules and regulations – and violation of the implied consent law as a result of refusing of a sobriety exam, as shown in documents obtained by E! News.
