Lindsay Lohan said Disney ‘should have paid me double’ for Parent Trap

Lindsay Lohan had the perfect joke for the Disney CEO during the Parent trap premiere on the red carpet.

The 38-year-old actress recalled a moment from the 1998 event, when she was 12 years old, while performing in Watch What Happens live with Andy Cohen Wednesday, November 20 next Mean girls costar Lacey Chabert, 42.

The Our little secret star revealed that then-Disney CEO Michael Eisner walked up to her at the premiere and asked, “Where’s your twin brother?”

Lohan – who played both Hallie and Annie, separated at birth, in the comedy – recalled mentioning her Parent trap salary in her answer.

“I was so young I don’t even know how I thought I said this, but I will never forget what I said. I said, ‘Well, you should have paid me double because I don’t have one!’ Lohan recalled that he was supposed to host Cohen, 56.

When Cohen heard Lohan’s response, he gave Lohan a high five, while Chabert could be heard responding with a surprised “Oh!”

Lohan’s response has been praised WWHL‘s Instagram page this week. One commenter wrote: “’You should have paid me double’ is my mantra and I don’t even play twins.” Another person exclaimed that Lohan “was a star from the start.”
