Luana Alonso launches OnlyFans months after the Olympic drama

Paraguayan swimmer Luana Alonso reportedly turned to OnlyFans following her controversial departure from the Olympic Village in Paris, where she was accused of “inappropriate” behavior during the 2024 Summer Games.

The 20-year-old athlete – who announced her retirement from swimming after failing to qualify for the 100m butterfly semi-final at the Paris Games on July 27 – recently shared a link to her OnlyFans profile on social media, according to TMZ: who reported that she charges $35 per month for exclusive content.

Alonso, known for posting sultry bikini snaps, made headlines for her alleged behavior outside the pool, including a trip to Disneyland Paris, when she stayed in the Olympic Village after finishing competing (which is allowed).

The Paraguayan Olympic Committee said Alonso left the Olympic Village after she was ordered to do so because she created an “inappropriate” environment within the team.

“Her presence creates an inappropriate atmosphere within Team Paraguay,” Larissa Schaerer, head of the Paraguayan Olympic Committee, said in a statement to The Sun on August 5.

Alonso later spoke of “false information” and “lies” in a social media post and denied that she had been “kicked out of the Olympic Village.”

“I just wanted to make it clear that I have never been removed or expelled anywhere, and stop spreading false information,” Alonso wrote, according to the Daily Beast.

“I don’t want to make a statement, but I also won’t be influenced by lies.”

At the time, a report claimed that Alonso upset Team Paraguay’s leadership by making trips outside the Olympic Village instead of supporting her teammates.

The Daily Mail reported that Alonso became a distraction to other competitors with her “smart clothes and socializing with other athletes.”

Alonso announced on social media that she was retiring from swimming after finishing sixth in her heat – missing qualifying for the women’s 100m butterfly semi-final by just 0.24 seconds at the Paris Games.
